Long Sprints

Good Times! I kicked a warm up, then went through some dead lift training with a few sets of 185lbs. Then outside for the runs.

WOD:
800m meter runs, 4 rounds for time (Rx)

Times: 4:07, 4:03, 4:03, 3:51!!
