Pushups and RUN! (repeat)

Today was a good day. After taking a day off or two or.....ehh....yeah so Happy 4th, I took a much needed break from the 1st week in the gym and today ROCKED at the gym. After the crossfit gym workout I went for a quick run.

WOD:
150 Pushups
(Completed)
100m run each time you push up until failure. (6 runs)
